Our Journey: From 2018 to Today
EEO Training, LLC was founded in 2018 through the collaboration of two professionals:
- A technology expert who envisioned accessible, flexible training available anytime, anywhere.
- A workplace investigator and trainer with deep expertise in harassment and discrimination prevention.
Together, we launched our first compliance-focused training programs in English, designed to meet the unique requirements of jurisdictions across the United States.Since then, we’ve grown rapidly. In 2025, we’re proud to announce our expansion into Canada and the United Kingdom, offering our programs in three languages: English, French, and Spanish.
