In Florida, as throughout the United States, it is illegal to sexually harass or discriminate based on various protected classifications in the workplace.
Training Requirements
Florida does not have an express sexual harassment statute or regulation mandating training to private-sector employment.
Supervisors in the executive branch of Florida must receive training.
